Refund policy

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and the purchase date should not be more than 7 days.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@mydecor.pk If your return request is accepted, we will share your information as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer will be responsible for the parcel he/she sending us back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We can not return products which are damaged by customer, unless the customer has a proof that it came damaged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on “Sale items” or “Clearance Sale” or “Discount Code” used orders.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 35% of the previous invoice/parcel will be charged for the exchange of an item with a new one.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, after approval 30% will be deducted from the original amount and the rest of the amount will be transferred to the customer’s preferred payment method. Please remember it can take some time(5-10 days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
